Privacy Policy

Juggly (juggly.app) is operated by Flarewave AI Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Juggly, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google profile if you sign in with Google.

Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram, TikTok or Reddit, we receive access tokens from that platform and the data it shares with us under the permissions you approve: your profile (username, picture, follower counts), your posts and their statistics, comments and mentions on your content, and, where you allow it, messages. Tokens are stored encrypted.

What you create in Juggly. Account settings and rules, drafts, scheduled posts, images and videos you generate or upload, and your conversations with the assistant.

Usage and technical data. Logs of actions taken in your workspace, error reports, and basic request data such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide Juggly: to show your accounts and their statistics, to create, schedule and publish content and replies you approve or allow, to answer your questions in chat, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your connected accounts' data to advertise to you or anyone else.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that run parts of the service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you disconnect a social account, we delete its tokens straight away. When you delete your Juggly account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any social account at any time in Juggly's account settings, or remove Juggly's access from the platform's own settings (for Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites). To delete your whole Juggly account and all its data, email support@juggly.app from the address you signed up with. We confirm by email once it is done.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@juggly.app. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, platform tokens and keys are encrypted at rest, and access inside the company is limited to people who need it to run the service.

Children

Juggly is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
