Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Flarewave AI Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, which operates Juggly (juggly.app). By using Juggly you agree to them.

The service

Juggly helps you manage social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage: planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content, replying to comments, and reading statistics. Some features are in early access and may change.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions you allow Juggly to take automatically.

Connected platforms

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain bound by each platform's own terms and community rules (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and others), and you are responsible for the content published from your accounts, including content Juggly drafts that you approve or allow to post automatically. Platforms may limit or change their features at any time, which can affect what Juggly can do.

Acceptable use

You may not use Juggly to post spam or misleading content, impersonate others, harass anyone, infringe intellectual property, break the law or a platform's rules, or try to get around platform limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep the rights to content you upload or create with Juggly. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run the service for you. Generated media is provided as is; check it before use, as similar outputs may be produced for others.

Credits and payment

Some features use credits or your own connected provider account. Prices and any paid plans are shown in the app before you buy. Unless the law requires otherwise, unused credits are not refundable.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Juggly running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by social platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Juggly and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell you about important changes; using Juggly after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and its courts have jurisdiction.
